So, you are here because you don't know how Platform Racing 3 works? Oh great!
Let's go with the controls first.

First of first!
You press left or right to move.


Get used to the left and right buttons; you'll need them for later levels that you will
be facing!

Next, we jump by pressing the up arrow.


The down button grants you the ability to super jump! Higher than the 100 jump stat
jump. After your character has gone yellow, release it!


Congratulations!! You know all the... oh wait! How about the spacebar? What does it do?
It lets you use the item you currently have!

And now... Congratulations! You know all the
controls required to play Platform Racing 3!

Blocks
There are many different types of blocks used in

Platform Racing 3.

This is a basic block that you can stand on.

This brick will shatter when bumped.


========================================

This green block will go poof! when touched.


========================================

This grey block will break when hit too many times.


========================================

These 2 item blocks give you items. The blue one gives
only 1, while the red and shinier one gives 99999... or
basically infinite.

These two faced blocks give +5 stats and -5 stats
depending on which is happy and sad. The happy obviously should give you
stats while the sad takes the stats.

You will know what this is.. It's the finish block! Sadly, it's only
effective in racing and cannot be destroyed by rockets and
alien lasers.

These 3 red/blue/yellow blocks are teleport blocks. When touched (or bumped),
it teleports you to the same type of that block if it exists. If there is no matching
teleport, the character simply teleports back to the teleport they have bumped.
When there are more than 2, it teleports to the order you have placed the
teleports.

This purple compass-like block randomly moves around.


========================================

This yellow block likes to be pushed around. Well, do you like to be?

When you bump these two rotate block twins, you get rotated around to
the direction the block is pointing.

This net teleports back to the last safe place you touched (active, impervious, water, bounce,
ice, rotate, finish, item)


========================================

This bounce block (trampoline) acts like a trampoline except it doesn't follow the law of
physics (you don't come to an end eventually, you increase in height even when you are
idle!)


========================================

Swim in this water block!


========================================

This is a mine, or a bomb. When you touch it, you get forced back by its force and you
lose your hat if you do have one. Not pleasant.

Hats
Hats give you a unique ability than can either help your character or hurt your opponent! There
are a total of 12 released.

The Cardboard Box hat gives you no abilities. They simply are decorations if you do not have a hat. Get 3 gold medals
in the campaign mode to get this hat.

The Mining Helmet hat pluses your
acceleration by 5 and lets you go at your walking
pace when you are crawling!


========================================

The Aviator Cap hat pluses your jump by 5 and loads your super charge 3 times as fast!


========================================

The Winged Helmet hat pluses your speed by 5 and lets the item speed burst last 3 seconds
longer! Get all gold medals in campaign to get this hat! (Yea, quite hard.)


========================================

The Santa hat gives you the ability to turn anything you stand on (except inactive
blocks) into ice! You don't slip, but others will! Log into Christmas to get this hat.


========================================

The Party hat gives you the ability to resist any lightning attacks! How awesome is
that?

The Pedro the Snail hat will eat the opponent's stat by 1/2 of their original stat if
the opponent stole your snail!

The Pirate hat gives you the ability to slash your sword both sides!

Items

There are a total of 13 items available in Platform Racing 3. I will explain them one by
one.

Angel Wings
Angel Wings provide 3 shots of "wing flaps" which
will push you to the area you were facing.

Black Hole
Acts like a real black hole. Pulls in any player in range into its core and it's gravity is so
high no-one can escape from it whichever item they have used.

Jet Pack
Press and hold spacebar and fly for up to 6.5 seconds.

========================================

Laser Gun
Shoot using spacebar and hurt your opponents.


========================================

Lightning
Best weapon in deathmatches. Press spacebar and zap your opponents and make them fall under their
feet!

Portable Block
Like a crumble block. Except that you can carry
it and use wherever you want (even inactive and water blocks).

Portable Mine
Like a mine block. [Refer to the Portable Block second sentence]

Rocket Launcher
My personal favourite item. Use it, and then haul your opponents up to 70 blocks away!

Shield
Makes you temporarily invincible to anything that hurts you.


========================================

Speed burst
Use it and you become much faster! Lasts 6 seconds without a Winged Helmet and 9 seconds if
you do.


========================================

Super Jump
Goes higher than any other jumps. After charging super jump and when you are in mid-air, use it
for max-effectiveness.

Sword
Slash the sword and send your opponents far away!
Get a pirate hat and if your opponent is sneaking
behind you, use it to slash the sneaky opponent too!

Teleport
Use it to teleport 2 blocks away.

Chatting Guide/Rules
Chatting is very simple in PR3. Go to the Multiplayer Lobby or the Chat tab to chat! If you don't know
what I mean, go here.
You all know the basic rules to chatting. No spamming/flooding, no cussing, no mass-advertising......
This is a good peaceful chat.



If you are not a guest and not silenced, you may chat in the box at the bottom. You can press enter to send
the chat log. Remember, if you do spam/break the rules, a person may report you and you might get silenced from
10 seconds (lol) to a f-ing 10 years! Best not to get a 10 year silence. =)

1 minute	Minimal spamming/quite offensive words/advertising: "...............................", "join" (x2-3)

How to report?
You can press /report in the box and send it. Nobody will see the /report unless you fake it with /reprot and /rep0rt etc. The chat
log will then be sent to a moderator and he will see the chat and determines who is responsible to be silenced. Then the chat goes in peace. =D

Administrators and moderators
The admins and mods are hired to keep the chat in peace, no spams/nukes/bad language etc. Even though they look odd than others, they are no AI or COM or any non-player stuff.
They are all humans, and you treat them the way you treat to your friends. Moderators are chosen by the administrator group (well admins are hardly ever on, so you might have to be lucky to find one).
Admins have higher control of the game than the moderators, and they are hired to keep the game going instead of just the chat/levels.
Moderators can silence or ban other people from 10 seconds to 10 years.

Campaign Tips
★ When you go to the second tab on the top (or go here), there will be the
single player campaign where you race to the finish ASAP.
★ The faster the time, the better medals.
★ Bronze and silver medals are nothing worth. You need gold medals to advance and get prizes. Keep trying! It's not hard!
★ After you do reach page 5 or more, difficulty gets higher and you might need specific hats to make the race easier. Also in some cases adjusting
your stats is necessary for a gold medal.
★ Play the game, experience it, look into the error, adjust stats/hats, try again, practice, WIN!

Level Editor Guide
On the last tab (with the blue arrow), click it and click "Level Editor". *POOF*
You are now in the Level Editor! You are one step closer to a professional level maker!
It should look like this.


★★ The Blocks list brings up the block mover/deleter/placer menu.

★ The block mover lets you move blocks around!
★ The block deleter lets you delete blocks!
★ The block placer gives you a list of default blocks and your very own awesome custom blocks for you to place anywhere!
★ There are seven different block types.
• Desert is for desert/cave themed levels.
• Industrial is for factory/buildings construction zone themed levels.
• Jungle is for jungle/forest themed levels.
• Underwater is for ocean themed levels.
• Space is for outer space themed levels.
• Classic is for Platform Racing 2 themed levels.
• Custom is for making your awesome levels!

★★ The Arts list brings up the Art Menu.


★ The background lets you change the background! There are 11 backgrounds by default.
• First one is a blank white background. Useful for special FX.
• Second one is a background of a desert. Useful for desert/cave themed levels.
• Third is the industrial background. Useful for (you-know-what).
• 4th is the jungle.
• 5th is the background of saturn.
• 6th is the underwater.
• 7th is the background of several mountains with a red sky.
• 8th is the background of a hill with a clear sky.
• 9th is the autumn background used in Platform Racing 3 on login.
• 10th used to be the background when PR3 was launched. It looks technical.
• The last and the 11th background is the winter background when PR3 celebrated its first Christmas.

★ The paintbrush allows you to draw using your cursor! Size can be between 1 (1 pixel) to 200 (covers part of the screen).
★ The eraser allows you to erase drawn art using your cursor! Size is the same as paintbrush.
★ Stamp allows you to stamp an image into the level! Size can be between 1 (1 pixel) to 500 (covers the whole screen! )
You may also rotate the stamp from 0 degrees to 359 degrees.
There are 10 stamps.
