Warnings and Bans.

Spamming, swearing, or posting makes a level 1 warning. Asking for passwords makes a level 2 warning. Doing 2 or more of these things listed deserves a level 3 warning.
Level 1 warning: You cannot post for 30 minutes.
Level 2 warning: You cannot post for 1 hour.
Level 3 warning: You cannot post for 3 hours.
After a Level 3 warning, you will receive...
Level 1 ban: You cannot post for a day.
Level 2 ban: You cannot come for a day.
Level 3 ban: You can't come for a week.
Don't force me to go beyond that.

A level 3 ban.... posting over 9000 posts saying "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL" and huge $#|+piles of useless topics just for spam?
